Hi, I’m Jenni.
I’m a yoga teacher of 8+ years, a vitality & nervous-system coach, and facilitator of women’s circles and retreats. I’ve spent the last decade studying what helps women come back to themselves- not through more discipline, but through presence, embodiment, and honest connection.
