Jenni Morris

Jenni is a yoga teacher, vitality coach, and trauma-informed facilitator devoted to helping women return to their bodies, hearts and inner wisdom. With over 15 years of practice and 8 years of teaching, her work blends nervous-system awareness, embodiment, and compassionate presence so women can soften while keeping their strength.
