About Jenni
I didn’t come to this work because life was easy.
I came because I needed a way back to myself.
For most of my life I was good at holding things together—being responsible, capable, dependable. From the outside it looked like strength. On the inside my nervous system was tired, my body was tight, and I had forgotten what it felt like to simply be at ease.
After having illness after illness, I realized I was burnt out. I quit my corporate job and bought a one way ticket to Europe with the intention of healing. I made my way east, landing me in India, southeast Asia, and many other countries along my journey, learning vast ancient healing wisdom.
Yoga was my first doorway.
Not the performance version—
the quiet listening version.
Over years of practice and teaching, I began to understand something essential:
our bodies are not obstacles to overcome.
They are intelligent, responsive, and always trying to bring us home.
That realization changed everything.
I started studying nervous-system regulation, somatic practices, and coaching so I could help other women do what I was learning to do—live from the inside out instead of the outside in.
What I’ve learned along the way
Most women don’t need more discipline.
They need more support.
We’ve been taught to override our bodies, to manage emotions quickly, to keep going even when something in us is asking to slow down. I don’t believe that’s strength. I believe real strength is the capacity to feel, to rest, to choose, and to trust ourselves again.
My work grew out of that belief.
Today I blend:
-
15+ years of personal yoga practice and 8+ years of teaching
-
nervous-system awareness and somatic tools
-
health & vitality coaching
-
relational skills and women’s circle facilitation
-
my ongoing training in clinical mental health counseling
to create spaces where women can soften without losing their power.
The way I work
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to help you remember.
Sessions with me are practical and embodied. We pay attention to your real life—relationships, work, motherhood, identity—while also listening to the language of your body. Change happens not through force, but through regulation, honesty, and small courageous choices practiced over time.
I believe:
-
your nervous system makes sense
-
your patterns have wisdom in them
-
you deserve support, not pressure
-
healing happens in relationship, not isolation
Beyond coaching
Alongside 1:1 work, I gather women in circles and retreats because something powerful happens when we are witnessed by one another. We remember we are not alone. We learn to exhale together.
Whether you meet me on a yoga mat, in a coaching session, or on a mountaintop retreat, my intention is the same:
to help you come home to your body,
to your breath,
to the life that feels like you.
