Your life doesn't need fixing.
Your capacity needs rebuilding.
Most people think they're overwhelmed because they have too much to do.
Sometimes that's true.
But often, what's really happening is that years of stress, responsibility, grief, conflict, and constantly pushing through have quietly reduced your capacity.
The same life that once felt manageable now feels heavy.
Not because you've become weaker.
Because you've been carrying too much for too long.
Capacity isn't just about time.
It's about the energy your body has available to think clearly, connect deeply, make decisions, recover well, and show up as the person you want to be.
When your capacity grows, life doesn't necessarily become easier.
You simply have more of yourself available to meet it.
That's what this work is about.
Capacity isn't built by trying harder.
It's built by learning how to...
REGULATE
Find steadiness in your body before solving problems.
ALIGN
Bring your relationships, work, habits, and commitments back into alignment with what matters most.
exPAND
Build more capacity for leadership, parenting, relationships, creativity, health, and life.

When your capacity shrinks...
You may notice that:
-
Small things feel surprisingly overwhelming.
-
You're constantly "on," even when you're trying to rest.
-
Your patience disappears faster than it used to.
-
You stop recognizing yourself in your relationships.
-
You lose touch with what brings you joy.
-
You're surviving life instead of fully living it.
The good news?
Capacity can be rebuilt.

Hi, I’m Jenni.
I don't believe people are broken.
I believe many of us have simply spent years adapting to stress, responsibility, loss, and pressure until survival started feeling normal.
For more than a decade, I've studied the intersection of the nervous system, relationships, embodiment, psychology, and human connection- not to help people become someone new, but to help them return to themselves.
That work became The Capacity Code.
A framework that helps people understand why life begins to feel heavy, why pushing harder eventually stops working, and how to rebuild the capacity to live, love, lead, and thrive.
Whether we're sitting together in a coaching session, hiking through the mountains on retreat, or sharing space in a workshop, my goal is always the same:
To help you leave with more of yourself than you arrived with.

Ashley Ray
"Jenni helped me put effective methods into place to process my grief, get healthy, view situations differently and to be empowered in my life."
Beth Stoddard
"One of the biggest changes has been to find true self love and self worth from within myself instead of “needing" that to be fulfilled from someone or something else. This has reduced my anxiety and stress greatly. My health is so much better too."
Hilary Horigan
"In a short amount of time Jenni was able to narrow my focus and prioritize the necessary strategies to get me where I wanted to go. I found her coaching approach warm and open, yet challenging and direct."
Juliette Pillar
"Jenni’s energy, enthusiasm and professionalism was impressive and her genuine commitment to support me in the process was inspiring."
